Job summary

Talento, Inc is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support our hiring projects by collaborating with the recruiting team to locate, engage, and guide top talent through the hiring process. You will build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, manage job postings, conduct initial interviews, and help shape sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Passion for helping businesses succeed through talent.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong communication, curiosity, and a solutions mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to post-placement.
• Post job ads, review applicants, and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent.
• Translate hiring needs into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Provide reports and insights using recruitment data.
• Collaborate on sourcing tactics and market intelligence with internal teams.
