Morales Group, based in Indianapolis, seeks a Recruiting Account Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver onsite client support. You will coordinate onboarding, conduct detailed interviews, and ensure timely communication among clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include sourcing via multiple channels, maintaining Bullhorn records, and supporting high-volume recruitment initiatives while traveling to client sites and events as needed.

This role blends recruiting expertise with strong account management to deliver quality placements, exceptional service, and high client satisfaction.
