Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is building a West Michigan manufacturing-focused recruiting network and collaborating with Wyoming employers to place experienced recruiters. This role targets full-cycle recruitment for diverse manufacturing positions, from shop floor to management, with a strong emphasis on quality hires and strategic sourcing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year focused on manufacturing or industrial roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent for a variety of roles, including skilled trades, production, engineering, and management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and the specific skill sets required for various roles within the industry.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry-specific forums).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
