Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to recruit for diverse roles including skilled trades, engineering, and production.
• Strong sourcing via multiple channels and good knowledge of ATS/HRIS.

• Full lifecycle recruitment for manufacturing roles from production to engineering.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer strategic solutions.
• Proactively source passive candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage the offer process including salary negotiations and background checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HRIS.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events to build talent pipelines.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for diverse roles, including skilled trades, engineering, production management, and corporate functions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology.
• Proven success in utilizing various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, such as workflow optimization or reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates through creative and non-traditional channels.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application to talent acquisition processes.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or specialized recruiting areas.
