Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the Capital Division in Richmond, Virginia. The recruiter will source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external partners, building pools of passive and active candidates through multiple channels and referrals.

You will coordinate with managers on position requirements, onboarding, credentialing, and community offerings, while delivering timely, cost-effective recruitment services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume hospital recruiting or staffing.
• Experience recruiting experienced registered nurses.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and leaders.

Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their Capital Division in Richmond, Virginia.

Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Richmond, Virginia area.

Responsibilities

The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 3+ years proven track record of success in HIGH-VOLUME, sales/production sourcing/ recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - sourcing/ recruiting for experienced registered nurses - EXPERIENCE MANAGING 85 - 90 REQUISITIONS ONGOING AT A TIME - SUPPORTING MULTIPLE LEADERS
• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems
• Experience: Service Line: RECRUITING EXPERIENCED REGISTERED NURSES
• Critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities- REQUIRES GREAT ORGANIZATION SKILLS
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel - TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a FAST-PACE, HIGH-VOLUME recruiting environment
• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
• A smart “go getter” aptitude who embraces continuous change
