Job summary

Alt Platform Inc. is hiring a contract recruiter to own Inventory Associate (Vault) hiring end to end. This is a 90-day engagement, full cycle through offer, onsite at the vault and paid hourly at $40.

You will stand up a high-volume hiring process, run group interviews, and manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to final offer. You will partner with hiring managers and operate within Alt hiring frameworks, delivering weekly updates and ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience running full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to offer.
• Proven ability to stand up repeatable high-volume hiring processes.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Associate (Vault) hiring, full cycle through offer, at 6–8 starts per month by end of term.
• Build and run a repeatable high-volume hiring process including group interviews and events.
• Develop sourcing strategies for priority roles.
• Proactively source, engage, and screen qualified candidates.
• Manage pipelines and ensure timely interview progression.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback in Ashby.
• Support the offer process through close.
• Own pre-start follow-up to minimize fallout.
• Partner with hiring managers within Alt processes and scorecards.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and hiring progress summaries.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout.
• Document processes and sourcing channels to transfer to Alt.

Alt is hiring a contract recruiter to own Inventory Associate (vault) hiring end to end. This is a 90-day engagement, full cycle through offer, onsite at the vault, and it carries one number: starts.

What you will own

• Inventory Associate (Vault) hiring, full cycle through offer, at a sustained rate of 6 to 8 starts per month by the end of the term

• Standing up and running a repeatable high-volume hiring process, including group interviews and recurring hiring events

• Developing and executing sourcing strategies for assigned priority roles

• Proactively sourcing, engaging, and screening qualified candidates

• Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely progression through interview stages

• Coordinating interviews and managing feedback collection in Ashby

• Supporting the offer process through close

• Owning pre-start follow-up to minimize candidate fallout between offer acceptance and Day 1

• Partnering with hiring managers and operating within Alt hiring processes, tools, scorecards, and decision frameworks

• Providing weekly pipeline updates and hiring progress summaries

• Maintaining a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Documenting the process, templates, and sourcing channels built during the term so that they transfer to Alt

How performance is measured

Performance is reviewed weekly. A start means a candidate who has begun work on their first scheduled shift, not a candidate who has accepted an offer.

Steady-state volume targets:

• Screens completed: 12 to 16 per week, 54 to 68 per month

• Interviews scheduled: 7 to 9 per week, 30 to 37 per month

• Interviews completed: 5 to 6 per week, 21 to 26 per month

• Offers extended: 3 to 4 per week, 12 to 16 per month

• Starts: 2 to 3 per week, 8 to 10 per month

Conversion standards:

• Screen to interview scheduled: 55% or higher

• Interview show rate: 70% or higher

• Interview to offer: 60% or higher

• Offer accept rate: 80% or higher

• Accept to start: 80% or higher, meaning pre-start fallout of 20% or less

Term total: 19 to 20 starts. Minimum acceptable performance over the term is 15 starts.

Engagement

• 90-day contract, extendable

• Up to 40 hours of services per week, not to exceed 520 hours over the term

• Hourly rate: $40

• Hours tracked and submitted through Rippling; paid twice monthly, on the 15th and the last day of each month, for approved hours

• Onsite at the vault

• Independent contractor engagement. Consultant is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and is not eligible for Alt employee benefit plans.
