Job summary

H.R. Ewell, a long-standing leader in bulk food-grade transportation, is seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers and transportation professionals.

You will source, interview, and engage candidates using Indeed and Tenstreet, while collaborating with hiring managers to build pipelines and coordinate onboarding. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 remote, allowing direct impact on company growth and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Experience with Indeed and online recruiting platforms.
• Transportation, trucking, logistics, or CDL recruiting experience preferred.
• CDL-A driver recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Tenstreet experience is a plus.
