Job summary

Aerotek in Franklin County, PA is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target key markets. You will cultivate industry relationships and support customer service activities.

After training, base salary starts around $45,000 with weekly commissions; after one year, base increases to $55,000 with ongoing incentive opportunities and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales-focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Volunteer and participate in philanthropic community initiatives.
