What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high-volume requisition load and build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
- Maintain an active pipeline of viable candidates within the assigned market
- Provide insight into recruitment roadblocks and foster relationships with hiring managers
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the employer as a brand ambassador
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of focused high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years of high-volume recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces in relevant industries
- Proven customer service experience
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Must currently reside within the State of Washington
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ATS systems, preferably SmartRecruiters
- Background in recruiting for healthcare or social services sectors
- Participation in community events or career fairs
