What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high-volume requisition load while building candidate and hiring manager relationships
- Source candidates using various methods, including job boards and the company career site
- Screen candidates to assess their skills and motivations, and contact references to evaluate their fit
- Maintain a pipeline of viable candidates and ensure easy access within the applicant tracking system
- Foster relationships with hiring managers to address recruitment challenges and provide insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of focused high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces in sectors such as healthcare, social services, retail, or hospitality
- Background in customer service
- Familiarity with job boards and portals like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Must currently reside in the State of Washington
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters

- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
