Job summary

People Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective staffing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool for the organization.

The role starts with an hourly pay range of $23.00 and a Monday–Friday shift from 8:30am to 4:00pm, with opportunities to participate in community career events. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua and Monroe County.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Ensures successful on-boarding of new employees.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
