Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Recruiter in the San Francisco area to scale our startup hiring for a fully remote role with occasional SF office presence. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with stakeholders to build strong teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of headhunting experience in startup or tech, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to recruitment. This role supports dynamic growth and employer-brand initiatives across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably within startup or tech environments.
• Proven success in proactively sourcing and closing talent for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to thrive in fully remote roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, especially with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Authorization to work in the US and based within the United States.

Responsibilities
