Job summary

SystImmune, Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support rapid, high-volume hiring across the company. This onsite role in Bothell, WA partners with hiring managers to deliver talent on aggressive timelines while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruitment experience in biotech/pharma, is proactive in sourcing, and skilled with ATS and Boolean search techniques. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supporting clinical team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all critical roles in research, clinical, and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role criteria and hiring plans.
• Use multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn and job boards) to build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes.
• Oversee pre-employment verification processes.
• Prepare employment offers for senior management approval.

SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Bothell, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi‑specific, multi‑specific antibodies, and antibody‑drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has multiple assets in various stages of clinical trials for solid tumor and hematologic indications. Alongside ongoing clinical trials, SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discovery or IND-enabling stages, representing cutting‑edge biologics development.

SystImmune is experiencing rapid growth as we advance multiple pipelines in the clinical stage. We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support rapid, high volume hiring across the company. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver talent against aggressive timelines while maintaining strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, result driven and experienced recruiting in a competitive biotech or pharmaceutical environment.

This position requires full-time onsite work at our Bothell, WA office.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.

While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
