Job summary

SystImmune is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support rapid, high-volume hiring at our Princeton, NJ office. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for research, clinical, and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to create role criteria and effective hiring plans.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in biotech/pharma recruitment, expertise with ATS and Boolean search, and excellent communication skills. Onsite work at Princeton, NJ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
• Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing.
• Familiarity with ATS and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting clinical teams is a plus.

Job description

SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Bothell, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has multiple assets in various stages of clinical trials for solid tumor and hematologic indications. Alongside ongoing clinical trials, SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discovery or IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development.

SystImmune is experiencing rapid growth as we advance multiple pipelines in the clinical stage. We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support rapid, high volume hiring across the company. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver talent against aggressive timelines while maintaining strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, result driven and experienced recruiting in a competitive biotech or pharmaceutical environment.

This position requires onsite work at our Princeton, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end recruitment for all critical roles at SystImmune, including but not limited to roles in research, clinical, and corporate functions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role criteria, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring plans
• Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn and other job boards)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
• Oversee pre-employment verification processes
• Prepare the employment offers for senior management approval
• Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related majors
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
• Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in supporting clinical team is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills. While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
