Notre Dame in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target key markets. New hires participate in a comprehensive training program.

Career progression includes advancing into recruiting and sales leadership. Compensation starts at $45,000 base with weekly commissions, increasing to $55,000 after one year, plus medical, dental and vision, HSA, 401K, paid time off and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; customer or sales experience valued.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview applicants.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Provide customer service related support.
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships.
