New hires undergo a comprehensive training program and there is a path for advancing from recruiter to senior recruiting and sales roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience collaborating in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Perform customer service related activities
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations
