You Will

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including:

• Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Sourcing qualified STEM professionals using various recruiting tools
• Screening candidates through interviews and reference checks, understanding their goals and skills to ensure alignment
• Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for roles
• Building relationships with consultants through coaching, check-ins, and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining a network of consultants with top industry-specific skills
• Establishing trusted relationships to help professionals advance their careers
