What You Will Do

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Sourcing qualified STEM professionals through various recruiting tools
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles
• Perform relationship-building activities, including coaching your consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining contact to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Maintain a network of consultants with top industry-specific skill sets
• Build trusted relationships with STEM professionals to be seen as a career partner
