Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter to impact candidates and customers by placing the right people in the right roles. You will identify, screen, and interview candidates, partner with Account Managers, and build industry relationships to drive referrals and sales leads.

The role offers a base salary with commission potential after training, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401K, PTO, and performance incentives such as bonuses and trips. Bachelor’s degree preferred and teamwork experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
• Contribute to philanthropic initiatives and community outreach.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $55,000. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):
