About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Recruiter who can manage multiple roles across various functions while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. In this role, you’ll:

• Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute effective sourcing, screening, and interview strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and locations
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management
• Identify and engage diverse and accomplished candidates through creative recruiting techniques
• Collaborate on improving our recruitment processes and bring fresh ideas to support long-term hiring goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, helping to evaluate talent and guide hiring decisions

• Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring leaders
• Ability to translate hiring plans into actionable recruiting strategies

Salary is $60,000 annually plus KRA bonus eligible.
