Responsibilities:
Supporting firm clients and accounts with full life-cycle recruitment and research.
Participate in new business development efforts and the development of search strategy methodologies and procedures, which will include guiding the research process in the identification of candidates and maintaining their contacts and notes.
Developing and growing a candidate base through independent candidate research.
Being conversant in financial markets and events, which includes news related to human capital and people moves, investment strategies, investments, major events, and advising on career positioning.
Qualifications:
1-7+ years’ experience recruiting within the investment management industry.
Undergraduate degree with a focus in finance, economics, psychology, or business-related discipline.
Acute attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, strong work ethic and organizational skills, and sound judgment.
An interest in equity, fixed income, macro, crypto, and investible markets.
Must be self-motivated, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects.
