Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Weekly pay and benefits are offered for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines.
