Job summary

Watco is seeking a Recruiter to help attract and select candidates who fit Watco’s culture and business needs. You will work with hiring managers and the recruiting team to source, screen, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role collaborates with People Services on onboarding and uses Watco’s ATS to maintain candidate data. Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Post job openings on company website, job boards, and social media
• Review applications and resumes for minimum qualifications
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with People Services
• Learn and apply recruiting best practices and tools
