Job summary

Watco is seeking a Recruiter to help attract and select candidates who fit our culture and business needs. You will partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to source, screen, schedule, and communicate with candidates while ensuring a positive experience.

The role supports onboarding efforts with People Services and requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality. Travel may be required, and the team offers development opportunities across Watco University.

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the ATS.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with People Services.
• Learn and apply recruiting best practices and tools.

Job Summary

The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the hiring process by helping to attract and select candidates who align with Watco’s culture and business needs. This position works closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to support through sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication while ensuring a positive experience.
