Kelly Services is seeking a recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for roles across multiple levels and markets. The position is based on-site in Ontario, CA, with a focus on high-volume hiring in industrial/warehouse sectors.

Our Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (Ontario, CA area) is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system.
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity required.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

Location: on-site 5 days per week in a Kelly branch office in Ontario, CA

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
