TEKsystems in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Talent Advisor for an onsite/hybrid role to support recruiting priorities and deliver top talent. You will manage full cycle recruitment, screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection in partnership with Sourcing and TA teammates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of client-facing recruitment experience, with ATS familiarity and a track record in high-volume hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of client-facing end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• High volume recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively support execution of business priorities by delivering top talent.
• Serve as account manager delivering full cycle recruitment with TA team.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders on DEI recruitment strategies.
• Coach hiring leaders through all hiring process steps.
• Assist stakeholders with on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities.
• Engage in business discussions to align talent delivery with priorities.
• Partner with HR and COE to ensure positive recruitment experience.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities.

Job description

We are assisting our client in hiring a Talent Advisor who will sit ONSITE in the Deerfield, Illinois office to assist with attracting talent and supporting hiring priorities.

What you will do:

• -Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
• -Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members
• -Liaise with hiring leaders to create and lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recruitment strategies that result in an inclusive candidate pipeline
• -Guide and coach hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
• -Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
• -Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in business discussions to assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities
• -Partner with HR professionals and internal HR Centers of Excellence to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
• -Lead/participate in continuous improvement activities

What you will bring:

• -Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• -3+ years of experience in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role
• -Experience with applicant tracking systems
• -High Volume Recruitment experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
