As a Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, recruiting and onboarding candidates for employment in accordance with applicable employment laws, regulations and company policies.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Oversee hiring process from sourcing through onboarding for assigned departments.
Actively source candidates for current openings and ongoing pipeline.
Ensure timely communication of employment actions: new hires, terminations and transfers.
Establish and maintain contacts with the community through events such as job fairs, conventions, employment firms.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

Skilled in public speaking and effective presentation
Knowledge of EEOC laws and regulations
1+ year(s) of experience in Human Resources
1+ year(s) of recruitment experience
Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
Regular and predictable attendance
Available to work outside normal business hours and/or on weekends
Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
