Job description

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates in accordance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Overseeing the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding for assigned departments.
  2. Actively sourcing candidates for current openings and maintaining an ongoing pipeline.
  3. Ensuring timely communication of employment actions: new hires, terminations, and transfers.
  4. Establishing and maintaining contacts with the community through events such as job fairs, conventions, and employment firms.
  5. Contributing to team and culture development by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
