• Strong stakeholder consultation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead requisition intake and establish role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview activity, offers, and follow-through.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters, Boolean search, referrals.
• Maintain candidate, source, disposition, notes, and requisition data in Smart Recruiters.
• Advise hiring leaders on pipeline health, market conditions, and recruiting risks.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience and partner with TA, HR, and stakeholders.

Job Title: Recruiter III

Duration: 7 Months

Pay rate: $43/hr. - $48/hr. On W2

Note: For this role, the hiring manager is specifically looking for candidates based in EST time zone to work 100% remotely.

Position Summary:

• As Senior Recruiter, you will lead high-impact full-cycle searches for client's U.S. hiring needs, with a focus on semiconductor, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and select corporate roles.


• This role requires a strong talent advisor who can translate business priorities into targeted recruiting strategies, build credibility with hiring leaders, and deliver qualified talent in a competitive technical market.


• The ideal candidate brings deep semiconductor recruiting experience, disciplined execution in Smart Recruiters, and the ability to proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other approved channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requisition intake and establish role-specific recruiting strategies.


• Manage sourcing, screening, interview activity, offer support, and accepted-offer follow-through.


• Build and engage talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters, Boolean search, referrals, and approved sourcing channels.


• Maintain accurate candidate, source, disposition, notes, and requisition data in Smart Recruiters.


• Advise hiring leaders on pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and recruiting risks.


• Deliver a consistent candidate experience and partner effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.


• Demonstrated semiconductor industry recruiting experience.


• Demonstrated technical recruiting experience for engineering, technology, manufacturing, product, or related disciplines.


• Proficiency using SmartRecruiters for recruiting workflow, database search, reporting, dispositioning, and data quality.


• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter for search, projects, pipeline development, and candidate outreach.


• Experience sourcing passive candidates and conducting Boolean searches.


• Strong stakeholder consultation, prioritization, written communication, and candidate-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting NAND, SSD, firmware, ASIC, device, design, product, process, validation, or manufacturing engineering talent.


• Experience with talent mapping or recruiting analytics.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
