An established industry player is seeking a talented Recruiter to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role involves full life cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, primarily in the US and Australia. We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a high visibility role that is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for multiple business functions in the US and Australia (primarily Go-to-Market and G&A). The right candidate will have experience owning and driving full life cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast paced, dynamic, technology driven environment and have a hunters’ mindset being passionate about finding great candidates who possess the right skills and culture fit for a particular role.
Our Internal Recruiters thrive in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners. You will perform candidate generation, candidate and hiring manager engagement, and provide amazing customer service.
This role requires a collaborative, results-oriented recruitment professional who can balance multiple priorities and make decisions. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Experience in a global, rapid, complex and ever-changing work environment with a high-volume workload is a must. This role requires someone to be dedicated to developing a strong, diverse, and collaborative organization, have a strong work ethic, a passion for managing the details within a growing global business and willing to contribute where/when necessary.
