Search Wizards in Nashville, TN is seeking a Recruiter II for a 12-month contract to manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, focusing on healthcare and specialized roles. You will source, engage, and close candidates, partner with hiring managers, and maintain accurate ATS records.

The role requires 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, and hands-on Greenhouse ATS experience. This is a high-impact position within a global talent solutions provider.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience with significant sourcing experience.
• Experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process independently.
• Experience recruiting executive, specialized, or other high-level candidates.
• Proven ability to independently close candidates and move them through the hiring process.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting activities with accurate follow-up and documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously after ramp-up.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare executive recruiting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates, hiring managers, and partners.

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from requisition to hiring.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for specialized and executive-level recruiting needs.
• Recruit healthcare and clinical professionals, including Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other specialized providers.
• Independently manage recruiting assignments with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach and build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers, recruiting team members, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess alignment with role requirements.
• Independently guide and close candidates through the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity and performance indicators.
• Participate in weekly manager and team meetings and other recruiting-related discussions.
• Balance independent work with team collaboration.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned requisitions and deliver results.

We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Nashville, TN. This will be a 12-month contract role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from requisition creation through candidate close and final hiring steps.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for specialized and executive-level recruiting needs.
• Recruit healthcare and clinical professionals, including Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other specialized providers.
• Independently manage recruiting assignments with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach and build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing efforts.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiting team members, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess alignment with role requirements.
• Independently guide and close candidates through the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity, candidate records, and follow-up within the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting activity and performance indicators, including candidate outreach, interviews, candidate engagement, and progression through the process.
• Participate in weekly manager and team meetings, subgroup meetings, and other recruiting-related discussions.
• Balance independent work with collaboration across the recruiting team.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned requisitions and consistently deliver results.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience, including significant sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process independently.
• Experience recruiting executive, specialized, or other high-level candidates.
• Proven ability to independently close candidates and successfully move candidates through the hiring process.
• Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting activities while maintaining accurate follow‑up and documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously after an initial ramp‑up period.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Healthcare executive recruiting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills when working with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 47.47 to $52.47 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
