Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife, located in Mars, PA, is seeking a Recruiter I to identify and screen candidates for ancillary roles, guiding suitable applicants toward placement. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., contributing to a comprehensive health and social service program in western Pennsylvania. The Recruiter I will leverage internal and external sourcing methods, requiring comfort with ATS and standard office software to support recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year previous experience in recruiting and Applicant Tracking System preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• The Recruiter I is responsible to find potential candidates with an emphasis on ancillary roles, screen them, and recommend them for placement.
