Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a recruiter to manage contractor hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. The role focuses on delivering complete recruitment for assigned accounts and ensuring efficient processes.

You will collaborate with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, and HR to align recruitment strategies with market conditions and KPI targets, while supporting travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure complete recruitment.
• Develop and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and insights on market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.

Job Description

Summary

Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.

Essential Functions

• Role will be responsible for administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
• Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
• Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
