Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top candidates in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the recruiting lifecycle, evaluate candidates, and ensure compliance with EEO and FCC requirements.

You will train managers on ATS usage, monitor processes, and drive inclusive hiring practices while coordinating outreach at job fairs and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Ability to promote equal opportunity employment
• Experience communicating processes to managers and training on ATS
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
