Job summary

Spectrum, a leading communications provider, is seeking a Recruiter to collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top candidates in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a compliant and fair process across the organization.

You will prescreen candidates, use ATS tools, coordinate with managers, and promote equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

The base pay for this position generally is between $60,900.00 and $97,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
