Job summary

YES Communities in Farmington Hills, MI seeks a Recruiter I to partner with hiring managers and build high-performing teams by identifying, attracting and selecting top talent. You will own intake, posting, candidate screening, and ATS records to ensure an efficient, positive hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Intake sessions, post jobs and manage applicant flow to optimize hiring & costs
• Screen and select candidates for hiring manager interviews
• Coordinate Interviews, gather feedback and adapt accordingly
• Maintain accurate and up to date records in ATS
• Educate & coach partners to ensure an efficient & effective hiring process
• Identify challenges and adapt to overcome or lift if needed
• Engage business partners in creative problem solving
• Maintain positive, professional and constructive stakeholder relationships
• Communicate and deliver results quickly and consistently to develop trust
• Facilitate regular Regional or Divisional leadership recruiting updates
• Proactively identify opportunities to support peers and business partners
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
• Contribute to team initiatives

As a field recruiter, they play a key role in building high‑performing teams by working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and select strong candidates.
