Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions.

This fully remote position (temp toperm) offers a salary range of $58,000–$62,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule. The recruiter will handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding of contractors, while maintaining strong relationships with operations, HR and the recruitment team to ensure timely fills and high service levels.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate level in Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined recruitment processes and build relationships with Operations, HR and recruitment teams.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs and remote recruitment.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with recruitment of assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience, required.
Fully Remote- Temp to Perm

Summary

Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.

Essential Functions

• Role will be responsible for administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
• Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
• Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts

Compensation Information
