Job summary

Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Recruiter I to support a leading financial institution in Boston, MA. The role is a 12-month contract with a pay rate of $26 per hour, located in Boston with hybrid work arrangements.

You will conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, support campus and experienced hiring, plan events, maintain recruitment data, and partner with hiring teams to deliver strong candidate experiences and outcomes. Post-secondary education is required.

• Plan and support recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, candidate pipelines, and referral tracking.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experience and support hiring outcomes.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Post-secondary education required.

• Experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or event coordination.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and supporting the recruitment process.
• Experience with Workday, Phenom, or other applicant tracking systems is considered an asset.

Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening required (criminal, credit, or other verifications) will vary based on the position and client requirements.
