This role offers clear advancement paths into senior recruiting, management, and leadership roles based on performance. The position includes a base pay of $24.05/hour with uncapped commissions and on-target earnings around $60,000 to $70,000 annually.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the company's database and external sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates.
• Conduct recruiting outreach to prospective and existing candidates, including a goal of approximately 50 calls per day.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for current and future employment opportunities.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding and employment documentation processes.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.
• Generate and communicate potential sales leads to the Sales and Account Management teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
