Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter for an on-site role in Billings, MT. The position is permanent and focuses on identifying qualified candidates through sourcing tools and interviewing talent to fit client needs.

You will collaborate with Account Managers to define top accounts and market segments, while building industry relationships for referrals and sales leads. The ideal candidate has customer or sales experience, is able to work in a team-oriented environment, and may have a bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Experience in customer or sales-focused roles.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
Screen and interview qualified candidates.
Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
Perform various customer service-related activities.
Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.
