Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter in the United States. You will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and partner with your Account Manager to target top accounts, skill sets, and key market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service activities, and contribute to community initiatives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA & 401k, and generous PTO with parental leave.

Qualifications

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.

• Perform various customer service-related activities.
