Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction, a fast-growing, family-owned company headquartered in Overland Park, KS, is hiring a full-time, in-office recruiter to attract and hire top talent across multiple departments.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, proactively source candidates, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. This in-office role runs Monday–Friday with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of an ATS and recruiting platforms (Indeed/LinkedIn, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and handoff to onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct phone/video screens and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps quickly, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Build pipelines for repeat/hard-to-fill positions.
• Support hiring events and local recruiting efforts (job fairs, school programs, community outreach).
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, interview volume) and provide weekly updates.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $48,000 - $53,000 per year (based on experience)
• Benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k)

Location & Schedule

• In-office: Overland Park, KS
• Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift
• Bonus: experience recruiting in construction, trades, sales, or high-volume roles
