Etairos Health in Tampa (in-person) is seeking a Home Health Agency Recruiter to drive onboarding of caregivers and staff. The role involves sourcing via Indeed leads, high-volume outbound calls, screenings, and coordinating with HR benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize leads from recruiting platforms to make outbound calls to applicants and proactively search for passive candidates.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to new applicants to qualify them for our home health aide roles.
• Complete phone screenings, interviews, and compliance requirements prior to onboarding.
• Coordinate with HR Benefits Administrator on new hires.
• Enhance new hire retention through employee engagement initiatives.
• Track and report on employee turnover by reason.
• Ensure recruiting metrics are met through detailed report tracking.
• Perform other related duties as required.
