Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable using recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates for current hiring needs.
• Screen applicants and evaluate their experience and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and other hiring activities.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting, staffing, and hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from application through placement.
• Help connect qualified candidates with the right employment opportunities.
