Job summary

The Adecco Group in Roanoke, Texas is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles across multiple client accounts. You will build pipelines, advise candidates, and partner with branch leadership to meet client needs.

You will manage ATS workflows, screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and help candidates prepare resumes and interview materials while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire job orders.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline addressing client needs.
• Enter and track candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients and maintain service quality.
