Job summary

ESS Education in Ocala, FL is seeking a recruitment professional to attract substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff for Marion County Public Schools. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and presenting strong candidates.

OVERVIEW

The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients within Marion County Public Schools.
