Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Brighton, MI is looking for a Recruiter to support the day-to-day recruiting process. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about Talent Acquisition and develop a solid foundation. You will coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate communication, and partner closely with hiring leaders to enhance the recruiting experience.

Your role will also involve posting job openings, screening resumes, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, confirmations, and a great overall experience
• Post and maintain job openings across approved platforms
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed
• Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
• Help track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure interview logistics run smoothly
• Assist with offer coordination and pre‑employment steps
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes
