Trillium Drivers in Nashville is seeking an experienced Recruiter to build careers and dominate the local market. You will recruit drivers, connect clients with field staff, and drive placements with speed and care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Transportation recruiting or staffing experience is a huge plus.
• A self-starter with drive to win, the ability to connect, and hustle to deliver.
