Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter to connect top professionals with opportunities in technology and engineering. You will build relationships, partner with the sales team, and guide candidates through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, aiming to meet recruiting activity and placement goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and client service.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience and goals.
• Coach candidates through resume guidance, interview prep, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding support to consultants throughout assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll connect top professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges within technology and engineering. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.

In this role, you will:
