Job summary

Variety Care and NorthCare seeks a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while maintaining ATS records and ensuring compliance. This role involves travel to health centers and recruiting events and supports accreditation goals and People and Culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field with 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Five years of full-cycle recruitment experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, pipeline tools and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to travel to health centers and events.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and testing applicants to fill vacant roles.
• Presents candidates with detailed information about Variety Care and NorthCare’s organizational structure, compensation, benefits, and role responsibilities and expectations.
• Partners with hiring managers to ensure timely, effective hiring of qualified candidates for open positions.
• Maintains accurate records in the ATS, including requisitions, candidate files, and compliance documentation.
• Assists hiring managers with ATS navigation and interview workflow processes, escalating training needs as appropriate.
• Manages the offer process, including candidate communication, reference checks, background and education verification, and post-offer contingencies.
• Uses the Paycom system to design and post job advertisements for requisitions submitted by hiring managers across various job boards and platforms.
• Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and meetings as directed to promote Variety Care/NorthCare as employer of choice.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

As a Recruiter for Variety Care and NorthCare, this position manages the full-cycle recruitment process; sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment activities for positions across the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires from first contact through onboarding. Partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership, this role serves as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices and talent acquisition strategy, while delivering exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manages full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned positions, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and testing applicants to fill vacant roles.
2. Presents candidates with clear, detailed information about Variety Care and NorthCare's organizational structure, compensation, benefits, and role responsibilities and expectations.
3. Partners with hiring managers to ensure timely, effective hiring of qualified candidates for open positions.
4. Maintains accurate and complete records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including requisitions, candidate files, and compliance documentation.
5. Assists hiring managers with ATS navigation and interview workflow processes, escalating complex training needs as appropriate.
6. Manages the offer process, including candidate communication, reference checks, background and education verification, and post-offer contingencies.
7. Uses the Paycom system to design and post job advertisements for requisitions submitted by hiring managers across various job boards and platforms.
8. Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and meetings as directed. Promotes Variety Care/NorthCare as the employer of choice at these events.
9. Communicates effectively with hiring managers and staff to support recruiting-related projects and initiatives, building working relationships that support Variety Care and NorthCare's strategic goals.
10. Requirements, Special Skills or Knowledge

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and three (3) years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency recruiting environment
2. Five (5) year of full-cycle recruitment experience in lieu of degree
3. Proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, pipeline tools, and reporting dashboards
4. Ability to travel to health centers and events as needed
